The Dirt, Gravel, and Low Volume Roads (DGLVR) Quality Assurance Board will meet on Wednesday January 4, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Grace United Methodist Church, 135 Decker Drive, New Castle, PA 16105 to review completed applications for new funding. This meeting is open to the public.
